Members can use CiB HUB any time - day or night.
Member hours
From 8am until midnight the hub is open to everyone. From midnight to 8am it's open to members only.

Become a member
You need your passport or driving licence, and you must be 20 or over.
- Sign in at any kiosk and tap Settings, then Become a Member.
- Tap Scan, then go to the printer and scan your passport or licence - this is the quickest and most reliable way. The kiosk picks it up by itself.
- Take a quick selfie at the kiosk.
- Tap Become a Member - your membership starts straight away and lasts a year.
Already have a photo of your ID? Tap From Email if it's in your email, or Browse for one on a USB stick. If it can't be read, Manual Typing lets you type the details in.
Renewing
The kiosk reminds you when your membership has less than 20 days left. Renew any time under Settings - My Details - Renew Membership.
